Privacy policy
This page explains which personal data the website culturainimpresa.com processes, for what purposes, and with what safeguards, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Data controller
The controller is Alberto Viotto, the author of the blog. For any request concerning your data you can write to him from the Contact page.
Browsing
The public site does not use cookies and does not load content, fonts, measurement tools, or advertising from external services: reading the articles does not involve sharing your data with third parties.
The server hosting the site may record, for security reasons and for the time strictly necessary, the technical data of requests: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser.
Visit statistics
The site counts visits with a tool of its own. Only daily totals are kept: how many times each page was opened and which site the visitor came from. The IP address is not stored. To tell visitors apart within a single day, the site computes a non-reversible fingerprint that changes every day and is deleted the following day: it cannot be used to identify you or to follow you over time. If your browser sends a do-not-track request, the visit is not counted.
Contact form
If you write from the Contact page, the site stores the name, email address, and text you enter, for the sole purpose of replying to you. The legal basis is your request. Messages are not passed on to anyone, are not used for promotional mailings, and are kept for as long as needed to answer you; you can ask for them to be deleted at any time. To limit automated submissions, the site computes a non-reversible fingerprint of the address the message is sent from and deletes it after one day.
Your rights
You can ask the controller for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, or for the restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
